SUP Fest 2026 how it was

The third Saimaa SUP Fest has already passed. The emotions have settled a bit, and now I can tell how it was. A dream that became true! This year, I saw my dream come alive! The picture that existed only in my head, I saw in real life. It came alive in Savonlinna, on the water. These are indescribable feelings! Of course, this is only the beginning of the journey. There is still a lot of work and many challenges ahead, but I understand why we are doing this. This year we made a real breakthrough: there were more than 30 people on the water. These were participants from different cities: Helsinki, Kuopio, Lappeenranta, Imatra, Jyväskylä, Tampere,Varkaus. There were also people who were just passing by, felt the atmosphere of the festival, and joined us. Our photo zone and the start decoration, created entirely by our own hands, attracted a lot of attention. People came up, asked questions, took photos, stayed to watch, and expressed a desire to join in the future. This year, representatives of Suomen SUP Litto RY also took part in the festival. This is great support for us. In general, you can talk about it endlessly. But it’s better to see and feel it live. Check out our photos and join us next year! We continue our path!
